One of the studies that focus on the investigation of the genetics and the treatment of the patients is that by Huo and Zhang (2018). In this study, the authors have pointed out that although there has been an increasing use of the medication and strategies to help in the process of management of asthma there are still challenges due to the lack of an effective understanding of the role that genetics play on the medical processes. The authors have aimed at assessing the role that genetics has played a role in the process of management of the cases of asthma.
The authors have argued that the management of the standard of living of patients who have asthma is carried out by the use of drug therapy. The disease control among patients with asthma may, however, end up facing challenges with the process of management of the instance of genetics. The pathogenesis of asthma is complicated and one may not be in a position to deduce the extensive impact that the use of drugs could cause. With the development of the role that the drugs do in the patients, it is important the other factors are looked into including the fact that the variations among people may be a constituting factor to the difference in the medication being used.
The delineation of the genetic mechanism of asthma has been carried out with the focus being on the process of diagnosis and the prevention of the condition. This is expected to be attained by the use of the genetic differences among people and the fact that there are people who will have to make use of various medications as a result of the fact that their susceptibility is high.
